Today.... my friend gloria showed me some SNOW DYED fabric that she made. We all have alot of snow here in the mountains and so.... tomorrow, i will try this.
She used Robert Kaufman Radience fabric and any dye - like jacquard dyna flow ( my fav's )....
-You need a plastic tray or cover a cookie sheet with tinfoil.
-Put your fabric down on the sheet
-Put some snow on top
-Add in your dye... mix colors if you like
-Let it set in. Gloria left it in the snow for two days.... then take the snow off.
-Let it dry and heat set as per your dye's instructions.
